  Great experience! We were in between games and took our girls to eat lunch. The staff was extremely friendly, food was good, and the service was so quick! Nothing but great things to say about this Panera location!

  There is nothing that I hate more than bad customer service and food restaurants that deliver the food slowly. Tonight I experienced both. I ordered a to go order 15 minutes ahead of time and told them when I would arrive. When I walked in the restaurant 15 minutes later my food was not even ready yet. I promptly paid for my food, and then I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for them to make my order. I was asked by one of the workers what my order was and I reminded them, only to have them tell me that they forgot to make it. I was also given a bag that was soaked from the bottom with leaking soup from my order. The entire restaurant was run by a young highschoolers I did not see a single middle-aged adults working at the restaurant. This leads me to believe that the poor management is due to a lack of maturity leadership. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

  All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was hot and very good, and was ready in minutes. The price was already good, but I got an additional $1 off as my Panera Rewards for previous visits.
